All orders
placed by 3PM CST will generally leave our company within 24 hours. ***
Depending on order volume, there may be a slight delay around the holiday
season ***.
You may
place your orders early! If you have a desired future arrival date, please
indicate this in your shopping cart, and make your shipping selection
accordingly. No out of U.S.A orders will be shipped.
Shipping Options:
YOU CANNOT SHIP A PACKAGE TO A POST OFFICE BOX (PO BOX) - MUST HAVE A
STREET ADDRESS.

Time-in-Transit Map (example situation - when map indicates 3 days
for ground delivery, if your order is placed on Tuesday, it will go
to FedEx on Wednesday. Thursday is considered day 1 of transit, meaning
gift will be delivered on Monday. FedEx does not deliver on or count
Saturdays and Sundays when determining arrival dates).

Charges:
Any expenses
incurred due to incorrect addresses at the time of ordering or change
of address will be passed on to the customer.
If there
is a significant discrepancy in actual shipping charges, your credit card
will be adjusted accordingly in the form of a credit or debit. This may
often be the case in shipping to Hawaii or Alaska. Due to constraints
of the online shipping calculations, if you are ordering 3 or more gift
packages to the same shipping address, your costs may also need to be
